No more loneliness

Psalm 68: 5-6

A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows,
Is God in His holy habitation.

God sets the solitary in families;
He brings out those who are bound into prosperity;
But the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

All of life is relationships.

Ever thing of significance in your life, every hurt, every opportunity, every pleasure and even your equities can be traced back to the relationships in your life.

Relationships are not an optional extra. If a person feels disconnected it is a symptom of the woundedness of their soul.

Every human being deals with soul sickness. It is a part of the human condition.

Many of the wrong relationships that people find themselves in are nothing but a desperate attempt on their part to find comfort for their inner pain.

While the psychiatrists research to find answers to the aching loneliness of life, God’s answer is to set those who feel separate and somewhat destitute and alone, into families.

When people are celebrated in a family environment of acceptance, affection and love, look what God will do: that disconnectedness with all its repercussions will turn into total life prosperity.

When God blesses you it won’t be like the world. Blessing in the world always has sorrow added to it.

Close relationship in the world’s economy are dangerous, because of the worldly mindset that if one person is blessed and promoted, the other can’t be. When one wins, the other loses, when one is successful, it is at the expense of the other.

Christians have brought this mindset into the church, but in God’s economy everyone can win at the same time, since every person’s steps are ordered by the Lord and each person has an inheritance with their name on it. Therefore there is no place for competition or jealousy.

Instead of having people around you who take advantage of you, God will protect you by bringing you into relationships that work. He will train you to trust again and be around people who will give you the advantage as they minister to your soul and ultimately you will find yourself in shalom, with nothing missing and nothing broken.

Don’t push against this process and try to keep yourself aloof. Recognize that it in the context of loving relationship that your prosperity will flourish and there will be healing for your woundedness.
